The deadline to make a reservation is the Friday before the meeting.
Lunch is $17 if paid by cash or check, $18 with a credit card.
Non-members pay $20 paid by cash or check.
Sarah Kahle - Frederick County Circuit Court Clerk
As a circuit court clerk, Sarah handles a wide range of tasks, including processing all civil and criminal cases, maintaining court files and records, issuing subpoenas, preparing court orders, overseeing the jury selection process, issuing marriage licenses, accepting applications for concealed handgun permits, and serving as custodian of all land and court records.

Travis Sumption - Clarke County Sheriff
Travis Sumption patrols county roads, controls traffic, investigates crimes, escorts prisoners, provides courthouse and courtroom security, and serves legal documents. Sumption has spent more than 30 years at the Sheriff’s Office. After starting as a 911 dispatcher, he became a patrol deputy. He rose through the ranks to become patrol sergeant and then investigations sergeant.

Heather Hovermale - Winchester Commonwealth Attorney
Heather is responsible for the prosecution of crimes that occur within the Winchester city limits, including all felony cases and certain misdemeanor cases. Her office prosecutes cases in all three courts: Circuit, General District & Juvenile, and Domestic Relations. The office provides services that support the victims and witnesses involved in these cases.
