The Meeting Location is Millwood Station Banquet Hall, 252 Costello Drive, Winchester, VA.  Doors will open for voting at 4 pm. and close at 8 pm. All Frederick County registered voters who are in accord with the Republican Party principles may participate in the process.” https://www.frederickvagop.org/
